1. Our Refund Promise
At Tukribish LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with WalSeller Pro. We offer a straightforward, hassle-free refund policy to give you peace of mind when subscribing.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 New Subscribers
If you are a new subscriber to WalSeller Pro, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
2.2 What Qualifies
- First-time subscription purchases
- Requests made within 7 days of payment
- Any reason - no questions asked
2.3 What Does NOT Qualify
- Requests made after 7 days from purchase
- Renewal payments (automatic recurring charges)
- Accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Users who have previously received a refund
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:
- Email us at en@tukribishllc.com
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide the email address associated with your subscription
- Briefly explain why you'd like a refund (optional but helpful)
We'll process your request within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Time
- Review: 1-2 business days
- Processing: 3-5 business days
- Bank/Card: Additional 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or as cash/check.
4.3 Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
5.1 Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does NOT automatically issue a refund. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
5.2 Refund
A refund returns your payment and immediately revokes access to WalSeller Pro's premium features.
6. Beta Period
During the free beta period (until February 28, 2026), no payment is required and therefore no refunds apply. You can use all features completely free during this time.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in:
- Immediate termination of your license
- Permanent ban from future subscriptions
- Additional fees being passed on
8. Yearly Subscriptions
For yearly subscriptions:
- Within 7 days: Full refund of yearly payment
- After 7 days: No refund available, but you retain access for the full year
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for yearly subscriptions after the 7-day period.
9. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances occur. If you have a unique situation that falls outside our standard policy, please contact us. We review special cases on an individual basis and aim to find a fair resolution.
